Villa Topaz is a 3 bedroom Villa with shared pool in Choulakia area of Mykonos island, only a short driving distance from Agios Stefanos beach and Mykonos Town. This three-level villa in Mykonos consists of 2 en-suite bedrooms, a spacious living room and a fully equipped modern kitchen and an exterior studio for guests. It has a shared swimming pool with sun-beds, enjoying amazing sunset views.

The villa rental rate for each villa includes:

Daily cleaning

Twice a week change of linen & towels

Maintenance 8 hours / day available on call

All villas feature fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances

Complimentary WiFi – (we’re not responsible for the internet speed – the internet provider is responsible for that, in our case OTE)

Villa Policies

No parties with exterior visitors allowed
No loud music, outside the predetermined time limits, by local authorities
No smoking allowed inside the villas
The guests must ensure that the property is returned in a presentable and tidy state.
We reserve the right to reclaim any additional cleaning costs if the guests should not leave the property in the above-mentioned state.
