A dream 135sqm, two storey Villa, expertly dressed and comfortably minimal designed, accommodate up to five (5) guests.

The Villa are located at the area of Paleokastro, right above the crystal clear waters of Ftelia beach, a world famous destination for surfers and next to the Monastery of Paleokastro, an archaeological site of great interest recognized as one of the two ancient cities of the island, where are ruins of the ancient byzantine fortress, and the tombs of the geometric period.

The Villas are close to Ano Mera, the islands most populated village, which preserve a sterling traditional Cycladic Architecture, in the small central square of which, there are super markets, restaurants, baker stores, pastry shops serving traditional sweets cash machines (ATM’s) and Pharmacy store.  Nearby are the beaches of Kalo Livadi, Kalafatis, Elia and Agrari.

The villa rental rate for each villa includes

 Villa Policies

No parties with exterior visitors allowed
No loud music, outside the predetermined time limits, by local authorities
No smoking allowed inside the villa
The guests must ensure that the property is returned in a presentable and tidy state.
We reserve the right to reclaim any additional cleaning costs if the guests should not leave the property in the above-mentioned state.

Payment Policy

Deposit of 50% of the total amount upon confirmation of booking. From then on deposits are NON REFUNDABLE. Remaining balance is due till 3 working days prior to arrival.

Cancellation Policy

Low Season: 14 days prior to arrival 50% cancellation fees, of the total cost of reservation will apply.

Medium Season: 21 days prior to arrival 50% cancellation fees, of the total cost of reservation will apply.

High Season: 28 days prior to arrival 50% cancellation fees, of the total cost of reservation will apply.

Non Show or Early Departure: in case of Non Show or Early Departure, 100% cancellation fees will apply.
