The guests must ensure that the property is returned in a presentable and tidy state.
We reserve the right to reclaim any additional cleaning costs if the guests should not leave the property in the above-mentioned state.

The villa rental rate for each villa includes:

– Daily cleaning

– Twice a week change of linen & towels

– Maintenance 8 hours / day available on call

– All villas feature fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances

– Complimentary WiFi – (we’re not responsible for the internet speed – the internet provider is responsible for that, in our case OTE)
