As part of Nestlé`s legal team, you are a key partner for the company. This senior position will be responsible for reviewing, drafting and advising on various general trade agreements, including IT and software contracts. The successful candidate will be a member of the Acquisitions, Business Development and Commercial Transactions team (the “Transactions Team”), which provides legal support for commercial transactions and corporate business development for each of Nestlé`s U.S. and Canadian operating companies.
