I called Rockwell Legal Group and spoke to someone who asked me why my creditors were still calling me and asked for the email I sent them from a creditor warning about legal action. I started withholding payments, I have no idea what is going on, they took 3800.00 and it was said that the highest card was paid, after many calls, I found out in December that nothing had been done, I have been with them since March 2018 and had only 380.00 now in an account, the legal fees took the rest, They did nothing but ruin my credit and my life. I hold the bank and guess what?. No letter answer nothing in 2 months…

I asked them to send me the papers I had signed and also the letter that was sent to the creditors. I haven`t received one or the other yet. I was told that an email from them would be sent to me within 48 business hours. At this point, after this email, I will call to cancel the services with them. They never fail to take my payment, they negotiated a settlement (it wasn`t an adjustment, plus a payment plan), and then they didn`t pay the last two payments when I cancelled the RAM account to stop charging me a monthly fee like I should have, they let me down without notifying me or the courts, that they were my representatives who left this colony to collect interest. The only problem I had with Rockwell was that they never answered the phone. I have been with them since 2019, I had 7 or 8 creditors, they designed $498 per month of my disability checks of $1203 per month. They repaid all but one of my creditors. I called and cancelled my account with them, they said they would take care of it and send me the money I had left in my account, which is just over $3000.
