Kansas Legal Services provides free or low-cost civil law advice and representation to individuals whose income qualifies them. You will find out if you qualify for legal aid by speaking to an admissions specialist, applying online or calling our intake line. We will email or call you using the contact information you provided in the application. The admissions specialist will talk to you to find out if you are eligible for services. Please obtain this telephone number from the clerk of your local district court. This hotline provides special access to district courts and persons referred to KLS by district courts in appropriate (unrepresented) and national cases.
