The Programme on Law and Society in the Muslim World (PLSMW) is a research program designed to support rigorous and cutting-edge research that addresses the complex relationships between law and society in Muslim majority and minority contexts around the world. The First-Year Legal Research and Writing (LRW) program is a series of sequenced and interconnected exercises that introduce students to the ways lawyers conduct legal research, analyze and shape legal positions, and present their work in writing and orally.
