The RSA is an absolute admission requirement for applicants accepted into the above colleges. The agreement stipulates that the student must serve in the Philippines within five years of graduation. * After acceptance, shiftworkers must complete all preclinical courses and gaps before the fifth year in which clinics begin. They will not be allowed to start clinical dentistry with deficiencies in preclinical subjects. ** For foreign applicants (non-Filipino citizens), they must meet the above qualifications. In addition, foreign applicants who come from countries that do not use English as their first language must meet the TOEFL or IELTS score provided by the university. Accepted foreign students must take Filipino language proficiency courses. Section 4. The Dean has the sole prerogative to admit transferees on a case-by-case basis, provided that the candidates have not been identified elsewhere and that they meet the academic requirements. All accepted assignees of Ateneo, UP, SBC MLQ, FEU, UST, SSC and UE will be on trial and will be required to repeat all majors with grades of three (3) or less.
Those with more than 5 erroneous grades (3W or 75W) are considered erroneous grades and therefore have to repeat all subjects, which means they must start as incoming first-year students. Persons transferred from other accredited law schools can only be admitted if they do not have poor grades. 2. The candidate who wishes to change must not only meet the University`s general weighted average (GWA) (2.00), but also meet the other admission requirements of the accepting study program/college (GWA, interview, exam, available places, etc.). 2.6 College of Pharmacy 2.6.1 Accepts transferees from other schools with a GWA of 1.75 or higher and SHIFTEES/Transferees from the UP campus with a GWA of 2.00 or better. 2.6.2 Accepts second graduates: Non-UP graduate with a GWA of 2.25 or better and UP graduate with a GWA of 2.50 or higher. 2.6.3 Qualified candidates will be ranked according to the criteria established by the College (Home School, GWA, current course, grades in Computational Sciences and Chemistry and Reason for Transfer) and interviewed by the College`s Admissions and Scholarships Committee. Only those who qualified during the first selection (according to the ranking of the candidates) will be invited to the interview. This is to emphasize that ALL candidates will not be interviewed. *Please note that the College of Pharmacy offers two courses, BS Pharmacy and BS Pharmaceutical Sciences. The approval of transferees is determined by three bodies.
A transferee needs a positive recommendation from all three offices to be admitted to the university. 2.1 The College of Medicine does not accept transferred or staggered persons. BS Occupational Therapy and BS Physiotherapy do not accept displaced and transferred persons. 2.3 College of Arts and Sciences: 2.3.1 Accepts displaced persons from U.P. Manila and persons transferred from other UP campuses. A GWA of 2.75 or better for all academic subjects/courses is required for all study programmes except BS Biology, where the GWA should be 2.00 or better. 2.3.2 Transferrees require a GWA of 2.00 or more for all degree programs, with the exception of B.S. Biology, which does not accept transferees from other universities. 2.3.3 For transferees, only incoming second-year students are included in the B.S. Biochemistry, B.S. Computer Science and B.S.
Applied Physics programs. 2.5 College of Nursing 2.5.1 Accepts displaced persons (UP Manila) and transferees from other UP constituent universities only with a GWA of 2.00 or better than incoming first-year students. 2.5.2 Qualified candidates will be ranked according to their GWA and interviewed by the College`s Admissions Committee. 2.2 College of Allied Medical Professions BS Speech Pathology 2.2.1 Accepts persons transferred from other schools and displaced/transferred persons from up campus with a GWA of 1.75 or better 2.2.2 Accepts second degree applicants: Non-graduate of UP and GRADUATE of UP with a GWA of 1.75 or more Transferred persons are students who have enrolled in other colleges or attended colleges or professional units, universities or vocational schools. Even applicants who apply as first-year students will continue to be considered transferees as long as they have officially enrolled in a program of study or certificate at a school after graduating from high school. One. Requirements 1. Students from another university must have successfully completed at least thirty-three (33) academic units, while students from another constituent university must have passed at least thirty (30) academic college units. C. Return Service Agreement Colleges of Related Medical Professions, Dentistry, Nursing and Pharmacy are covered by the Return Service Agreement (HAR).
